Just thought I'd get my list in early..
1) PHP 4.0.6
2) Frontpage 2001 Extensions.
3) Some sort of ASP Apache module
4) GnuPGP (GPG)
5) A quick and easy way to get HTTPS working on the VSs.
(perhaps by default allocating 2 IPs per VS - one to use for SSL)

Answer is, no - sorry it doesnt.
I am sure there are a lot more applications that people would like to see in
pre-generated skels, I plan to compile a questionare shortly and post it to
the list to get feedback on what people would like in their skels, so be
ready with a wish list!
