Anyone know how to select passive mode using the 'ftp' binary? I tried "ftp -a" but
that didn't work. Every time I try an "ls"
command I get...
425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused
Without the "-a" option gives me a..
"200 PORT command successful."
but it just hangs.
Any advice?

FTP does not need icmp to work. Your firewall might block ftp-data
connections established by the server. Try using active or passive ftp-data
connections which your ftp-client.
