no, the security/pam_modules.h file is a system file.... c/c++ header
file. it should be located in
/usr/include/security/pam_modules.h

if you have pam installed, the pam_modules.h file should be there too
(maybe it's in a pam_dev.rpm package, and THAT one wasn't installed...but
i can't imagine that ;) )
