Guess what? It's me again. :-) I installed FreeVSD 1.4.9 on a clean Red Hat 7.1 system the other day. Now, it seems to be working. I created a virtual host, and can FTP, etc. When the machine boots, though, I get the following: Starting VSD: file-max limit 8192 reached but then it goes ahead and boots and seems to work. Do I need to increase the limit of open files or something? Thanks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Darin Arrick , [EMAIL PROTECTED] Network Administrator / Geek Sprocket Data, Inc. -- http://www.sprocketdata.com Colocation, Virtual Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Consulting Mention this e-mail and we'll waive your colocation or hosting setup fee ------------------------- The freeVSD Support List -------------------------- Subscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=subscribe%20freevsd-support Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?body=unsubscribe%20freevsd-support Archives: http://freevsd.org/support/mail-archives/freevsd-support -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
