Sounds like you will have to go in and tidy it up manually for now. You need to edit vsd.conf on the name server and remove the relevant virtual server's entry. Then you will then need to grep the generated named files (either beneath /home/vsd/vs or /etc/var/named/virtual depending on the version yuor are running) and remove the files and any entries referencing those files which correspond to the VS entry you have removed.
