The -ERR tag indicates that you are connecting to the VSD service but the
rest of the message indicates your request is being rejected. This is
typically because your connection has not been successfully authenticated.
You must ensure that the name of your server, as returned by the 'hostname'
command is used as the first argument to vs_create and that this same name
has been used for the creation of the virtual server 'loopback' (the
softlink in /home/vsd/vs). If either of these differ, authentication will
fail.
