You are running 1.4.9-2 so you will not have svsdadm, only vsdadm. You are
running RH7.1 so you must look in xinetd.conf to ensure the vsd service is
correctly defined and enabled. Use 'netstat -nl' to see if the vsd service
is listening on port 1725. If it is not, something has gone wrong on your
installation.
