See vsd-vsbatch.pl - in 2 places you'll find '/sbin/iptables ....blah', the
first deletes existing rules, and the second makes rules.

Personally, I think that Bind is such a finicky beast that it's better to keep
control over it yourself, even at the expense of a little extra work. I 
wouldn't want any old user screwing up my Bind, and if he screwed up 
his own then he would of course want you (the sysadmin taking his money)
 to fix that too.
