What would the usage be for vs_modify ?

You can use the vs_modify command to change the ip address of you virtual server. To change nameserver addresses it is probably simplest to edit vsd.conf manually.

I'm switching ISPs next week.  How can I change my Virtual Servers IP addresses to the new network without loosing the settings.
