Here is a starting point. I got this from Gayle Swanepoel (from Idaya)
today. After a cursory review, it looks like the Windows GUI tools will
no longer work with ProVSD, and ProVSD has a dongle. Looks like ProVSD
is also available as an appliance. Other than that, they look awfully
familiar.

ProVSD servers, and most importantly WILL NOT WORK with previously
installed freeVSD systems.

ProVSD Security, Licensing and Upgrade Mechanism
ProVSD is licensed through the use of a dongle and product code
combination. The dongle is a small terminating connector that occupies
one of the serial ports on the back of the server; without a dongle
present ProVSD will not function.

The customer will require a keyboard and monitor to complete the server
setup process, after which the server may be run in 'headless' mode.

Upgrading a server is as simple as entering a new product code supplied
for that server by Idaya. If the ISP owns many servers then they must
be upgraded individually. However we are willing to negotiate bulk
purchases of both the Software Business Pack (SBP) and the Virtual
Private Server Appliance (VPSA).

The following aspects of the server are restricted through the licensing
mechanism:

Virtual Private Servers
The maximum number of virtual servers on a system may be limited to any
number on a per server basis. The following tiers are available:

*       1 VPS
*       25 VPS
*       75 VPS
*       150 VPS
*       >150 VPS

Virtual Domains
The maximum number of virtual domains on a system may be limited to any
number on a per server basis. The limit is enforced server-wide,
allowing virtual private servers to be assigned any number of virtual
domains within the overall quota. The following tiers are available:

*       1 VD
*       250 VD
*       750 VD
*       1500 VD
*       >1500 VD
