Free VSD Install

I want to install FreeVSD on a server with some software already on it.  Any help on how I would go about this?  The software itself is:   Admin Apache1.3.12 PHP 3.0.15 (Admin Apache) SSL 1.38 Vhostk Apache 1.3.19 PHP 4.0.6 (User Apache) mod_perl 1.24_01 mod_SSL 2.8.3 Suexec ASP Scripting perl module 2.09 FrontPage Extention 4.0 mod_throttle 2.11 phpMyAdmin_2.1.0 imap_client 2000a webalizer-2.01-06 BIND 9.1.3 OpenSSL 0.9.6b proFTP 1.2.2rc3 Qmail 1.03 courier_imap 1.3.5 stunnel 3.14 Webmail:        Horde 1.2.6        Imp 2.2.6   Would I still be able to install FreeVSD?  (I do not have local access, this is a dedicated server.)   Also:  I would like a user/admin control panel.  One for site admins, one for Virtual Server admins, and one for the server admin (me).   Where would I get this?  (I was looking at http://freevsd.org:8080/download/webadm.phtml but don't want to install FreeVSD to test it, and don't have much experience with PHP.)  Anybody have any idea if those administration scripts would work?
