am i mistaken in thinking that admin should be able to kill/renice/spawn processes as other users? because as admin i cannot control any of the processes not owned by admin on the vs or reconfigure/start certain things like mysql (which runs as mysql) or fetchmail (which runs as operator) - the reason why i want admin to have control is that i am converting webmin to do some of the admin tasks for things like apache / ProFTPd, Majordomo, Sendmail, and MySQL
