Hello all,

We have bought some more testing servers here and I am having a go at
installing FreeVSD myself.

I have retrieved the source from CVS; configured the build environment
using "autoheader; autoconf; ./configure --enable-addons"; compiled
the source and installed the complied binaries and scripts. then I
made a mount point for the skel at /home/vsd/skel. I downloaded the
latest 686 packages and installed them to /usr/share/freevsd/pkgs and
now I am trying to generate the skel.

I have looked for vsd.conf and it is only in the area I downloaded the
CVS to not anywhere else I suspect the problem is somethign to do with
it not being able to find the partition and I have tried specifying it
as an option to vsd-genskel.pl but to no avail.

Using redhat 7 is there something I can do? there may have been some
errors when I complied and Installed I suspect.

Where should I go from here?

Brendan
