Hi all,

I just ran into a very awkard problem:
We're running a virtual server and this virtual server
has a few local e-mail domains and one virtual e-mail domain.
I've added the virtual domain and its mailboxes and vusers through
the svsdadm tool.
Know... When we send an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] than it works
fine. When we send an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] than we get a
'550 relaying denied' message back and it tells us that the user is unknown.
A message from the host server to [EMAIL PROTECTED] doesn't give any
errors
so the virtual mail system in procmail seems to work.
A transcript of the session:

----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to mail.virtualdomain.nl.:
>>> RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
<<< 550 5.7.1 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Relaying denied
550 <info@virtualdomain>... User unknown

So i thought: well then we add the domain to the sendmail.cw file so
it accepts the domain. But now the e-mail is delivered in the local mailbox
of the 'info' user.
Am i missing something? Why does sendmail accept mail only from the domains
listed in sendmail.cw even if there are virtual domains present on the
system and
why are the messages not delivered in the virtual mail boxes?
If anyone has an idea I will be very happy to hear it.

Thanks in advance,

Maarten Engelen
