Yep it works.  Now to work out why Apache is ignoring the server root.

Could it be because ServerRoot is set to "/" in
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf?  But I tried using both
"etc/httpd/conf/mime.types" and "conf/mime.types" as the TypesConfig
directive but neither seemed to work.
