AFAIK it uses BUSYBOX_CONFIG_FEATURE_SH_IS_$(somevariable) there.
Besides the busybox configure scripts (after extracting the sour-
ces) do contain it.

What about the following: remove it, build a FreeWRT with /bin/sh
= mksh and look into the busybox ipkg whether it contains /bin/sh.
If not, feel free to remove the entry. I was just going alongside
the sources.
