Using nvram for that in FreeWRT is deprecated. FreeWRT 1.0 will
still support it somehow for OpenWrt compatibility if you install
the webif package, but in the future, you'll have to use /etc for
network configuration.
This also saves some flash operations due to use of fwcf ;)
