probably sitting on a table near you right now.

export CVS_RSH=ssh before... ancient versions of GNU CVS use
rsh as default, instead of ssh. And the pathnames are not
absolute (no / before contrib).

Yup. Thanks for keeping the list up to date. (I usually
link to cvs.mirbsd.de because the other domains have
changed in the past and are likely to change in the
future... I know it's not professional...)
