I'm quite sure that ath_pci.o wasn't stripped. I checked the file in IDIR_MADWIFI yesterday, and right now I checked the file inside the ipkg. Both times `file' reports not stripped. I'm curious, is it possible to strip in a way file doesn't recognize it afterwards? If not, the problem is definitely something else.
