But why did you commit your static downstripping of OpenSSL? Actually, I
could not get the VPN to my office running because of missing rc2 algo.
Besides, as the error occurs inside OpenSSL, the log message produced by
OpenVPN is rather cryptic. ;)

May I reenable it again? What is still needed to be done to get the
modular libopenssl ready for use? As a first attempt, one could let all
features default to "yes", so no problems should occur to users.
