Hi! Could it be that your problem is the following:
> ip route add table 100 default via ???.???.???.??? (WAN-IP!) You set the default route via your own wan ip? So all packets comming from inside and classified into table 100 are routed to the machine itself again? Ok, this doesn't explain why they aren't masqueraded, just one thing I came accross when reading your mail.
