The blue is just CSS, so feel free to give me a design you like for that. The idea behind it was to have a global navigation bar throughout all trac modules. I added the news beneath the navigation because I thought it might be useful to have them globally available too. But you are free to put them inside the wiki module only if you like. But I think we should go on and get some more opinions about that. As I said this design is just an idea we should talk about... /Markus
