Hi everyone,

tha@ has committed a 15-second delay before ntp runs (ntpd, ntpclient,
rdate) in 1.0 and I've done the same in trunk; reason for this is that
the lanbridge needs some time to initialise.

My suggestion is to move that 15-second delay to the end of the network
initialisation script, since also other parts of the system might want
to try and access the network, which is unusable during the bridge's
initialisation time.

Comments? If not, I'll commit later today.

On an unrelated note, I'll also commit later the ssh keygen stuff.
