That aside, do we run on the WL-500gPv2 at all? I recall
support only for the WL-500gP...

Dear Ben,
I would like to install FreeWRT on my Router ( ASUS WL500GP V2, firmware
version: 2.0.1.2). I´ve been on that side
http://wib.freewrt.org/config/step0 ,so that i made the Image that is
needed to install the new firmware. I´ve choosen my router and the
squashfs-overlay filesystem. The other things were on preselection. I
downloades the firmware image, but I could not install it on my router.
There is the following message when I´m trying to install the software.
Firmware Upgrade Fail !
Firmware upgrade fail. It may result from incorrect image or error
transmission. Please check the version of firmare and try again.
What could be the error? Thank you for helping.
