Hi all, first of all a big THANK YOU for this phantastic piece of Software you are producing (it's impressive to see what open source can do ;-)).
Now to my little problem (hopefully someone could help me): I checked out the current version 1.0 of FreeWRT, configured it to use the ASUS wl500g deluxe and selected the "package collection" for "WLAN Route for DSL with PPPoE". After doing a "make" and flashing the router with the new firmware image (I used OpenWRT before) the router rebooted like expected. The only problem I have is not being able to dial up to the Internet over PPPoE. A "logread" showed the following: [...] Jan 1 01:00:25 (none) daemon.warn pppd[255]: Timeout waiting for PADO packets Jan 1 01:00:25 (none) daemon.err pppd[255]: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery Jan 1 01:01:10 (none) daemon.warn pppd[255]: Timeout waiting for PADO packets Jan 1 01:01:10 (none) daemon.err pppd[255]: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery Jan 1 01:01:55 (none) daemon.warn pppd[255]: Timeout waiting for PADO packets Jan 1 01:01:55 (none) daemon.err pppd[255]: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery [...] The same route with OpenWRT does the dial up and connects to my ISP. By the way: I'm using M-Net as my ISP - a german ISP. Would someone give me a short hint to solve this problem?
