Hi,

the problem is the big image. If you use squashfs-overlay, you need
at least 5 flash bocks free space for the jffs2 data partition,
where the overlay data is kept permanently. This means on your
system, you need 5*64kb free space. 3.3 MB is to big. 3.0 is save,
3.1 is nearly maximum. Check with df -h on the device.
Check the free space of the data partition.
