You definitely seem to have missed something: http://www.freewrt.org/docs/1.0/handbook/html-multi/node27.html#SECTION00514200000000000000 Look at "Security Settings": - set "security" to "wep", - omit "authorization", - set "encryption" to "wep", - set "key" and "keyN" (where N is in the range 1..4 this should suffice.
