The aiccu is broken. 
This fix is in the cvs, but not in teh actual package :-(
You need to compile the whole stuff by your self and create, copy and
install the aiccu package manually.

It's a problem with the ayiya mode, the broken aiccu has left two bytes
in the header while packaging the ipv4 packet to the pop. This packets
are dropped by the remote node.
