Hi, In fact, I have configured Jahia with CAS as indicated (see attached conf.txt file)

I believe it is the '-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=' JVM parameter you will have to add if you want to explicitly load a different list of CA certificates than the default one, all thaugh I've actually never done this before. Nevertheless, your Service ticket might be validated with the default JVM parameter.
