Hey, I saw this on the news this morning - these ping-pong sized balls contain sodium hydride, they are cut open on demand and mixed with water, releasing hydrogen which is combined with oxygen producing energy and water. The waste produce, NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide?) is returned to the factory for recycling. A company has made a taxi using this technology, with a top speed of 75mph.
