Yeah I know - at a guess I'd say it's an average linux distro built around the
cygwin dll. I could be wrong but it seems likely. (cygwin.dll provides unix
type library calls in a windows environment)

Course, it would be linuxwin.microsoft.com. And I wouldn't be surprised to see
M$ try to graft Win32 onto linux in an attempted replacement for X.
Maybe Win2010.
