It has a few interesting things, like pattern recognition and infrared vision to find slugs, and when it's about to ran out of batteries, it looks for the closest base (it has a GPS) and goes there. Which it's the coolest thing it's when it arrives to the base, it puts all the slugs in a something-chamber, and after some chemical process, a gas it's generated that fills the fuel-cell, the robot battery.
