I'd noticed this recently, not understanding it... then yesterday
I tried to figure out the history of it - I was about to post it
actually (http://fffever.com/AYB2.swf - seems to be the same as the
one mentioned here)
Very weird meme, as you say all but played out now. Think I initially
spotted it in that 'cashwars' game I posted a few months ago - you
get bases in that and several ppl had posted 'all your base are belong
to us'.
The origin is a weird arcade game with very poor translations - when
it got emulated the phrase took off (AFAIK)
