Peter Erdi was my complex systems professor at Kalamazoo College in Michigan where I completed my undergraduate degree. This program has the distinction of being (at the time at least) the only complex systems program taught at the undergraduate level. I've just bought the book. I can't wait to read what he has to say.

Has anyone had a chance to look inside?
