Thanks for the note, George. I flipped some switches and made some screen shots from the $50 educational sponsor level. (I also tested it for the $50 web affiliate in case that was the one you selected. These are low-res screen shots so let me know if a higher resolution is better.) Hopefully this will help.
1. Select the Paypal button in the shopping cart

2. Select the continue checkout option on the left hand column if you don't want to use Paypal.
