Kenneth

I saw the table of contents and the book seems to be what I was looking for.
I already ordered the book (It's "amazing" to know how expensive has became
Amazon's International shipping. It looks they don't need to worry about
competitiviness. Maybe Chinese sellers have created bad habits on me because
their International Shipping are free.... Well, a book is a book and a tiny
gadget is a tiny gadget.)

Thanks a lot
