having the Friam meetings at The Complex. Coffee and donuts will be
provided, feel free to bring other food.
For folks who have not yet come to the complex, we're at 632 Agua
Fria. You can park either in the 624 Agua Fria lot (Redfish building)
or turn on Romero and then turn right down our driveway.

sfX will provide an 30-cup coffee percolator and coffee, cream &
sweetener plus cups & napkins. Are there FRIAM-ers who want tea or
decaf?
Owen volunteered to bring 2 dozen donuts. We will place a tip jar on
the refreshment table with the initial proceeds going to Owen.
Anything attendees can do to help defray the costs will be
appreciated.
One dangling issue is that we will not be able to provide breakfast
or noon meals. We could order out but that needs to be an expense
incurred by the attendees rather than the complex. I support Jack's
suggestion of soliciting up-front contributions for capital
purchases like an espresso machine. We'd dearly love to have one at
sfX but we're more likely to spend the money on replacements for the
Sandia projectors than kitchen materials.
