Hello netlogo-users, I am writing to ask for your help in helping us to develop a new NetLogo feature - client applets for HubNet. This feature enables users to go to a web page and participate in persistent simulations (i.e. simulations that remain up for users to connect to over long periods of time). It is difficult for us to set up experimental conditions to test these persistent simulations with significant numbers of users. That's where your help is needed and would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to set up a few times where we will hold "participatory events" and I ask you to go to a web page at that time and spend a few minutes participating in these simulations. 15 minutes of your time should be plenty to conduct a test if we have enough participants. You can participate with a group of users in the same room, or just come yourself and be one of many from the internet. The activity we will test is called bughunt. Was there a problem logging in to the activity? Was logging in slow? (if so, please estimate what response times you experienced) Was response time slow once you were playing? (If so, please estimate what response times you experienced). We'd be interested in your feedback on any issues you saw with the technology itself or with the bughunt activity.
