Here's a scary article on geoengineering from this month's *The Atlantic*: http://www.theatlantic.com/doc/200907/climate-engineering What gives me the willies is how cheap it is: easily affordable by a Gates or a Branson or anyone else with deep pockets and no public accountability. Yes it might work but it could also go horribly wrong. As the article has it "it’s like fighting obesity with a corset, and a diet of lard and doughnuts"
