I find it a puzzlement, and a wee bit like hubris, that folks communicate on the internet, instead of under a fig tree, confirming their personal views that there is "nothing new"! I speak from ignorance, but is satellite commo, solid state electronics, quantum mechanics and electro-optics old hat in the universe of philosophers? Me thinks my Lord Hamlet said it again when he remarked to Horatio, "There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of thy philosophy ".
