T-Mobile is on a roll. They converted their existing 3G network to HSPA
7.5Mbps service on January 5. They reduced the prices on their smart phones
last Thursday. They're promising to upgrade their 3G network to HSPA+
21Mbps service by mid-year. And I picked up a 3G signal in Santa Fe last
week. It was probably just a test signal, but promising.
