Seriously.  Consider a large-scale (100's of millions) individual-based
decision modeling ABM where you could twiddle the "intelligence" nob for
defined demographic segments of the population.  Politicians would love to
have such an analysis tool.  Of course you'd have to find somebody smart to
run it for them...
