I've just ordered it (gawd amazon prime is dangerous!)
What I find attractive is that modeling has been somewhat quiet lately. I
think that is partly due to not having enough formal foundations. This is a
step in the right direction. Nice comp-sci chops too.
There is a digital preprint in case anyone would like to see it.
