I've seen this in the past but this UI is quite advanced over earlier
versions.  I think the big deal for developers may be the Frameworks
access.  That may be a fun day or two just, er, fiddling around with them
all.

I was groping around for how to use two frameworks and found that by
selecting a core framework, you got additional options for libraries
dependent on the first framework.  So setting jquery also has several other
checkboxes added to the Frameworks panel.  Wow!
