Ron: The board is about six weeks away from officially looking for more members. I think we will be looking for (1) people who are here in Santa Fe most of the time and is willing to do actual work as opposed to just writing checks; (2) someone with good financial experience; (3) someone with good marketing experience; (4) someone besides myself who understands the dynamics of the Digital Age.
