Tineye has an image analysis program (separate from their free single-image service most are familiar with for being similar to Google Similar Image Search aside from being around first), but it costs some. The lead developer of Javascript asked a similar question a while back and got a lot of responses, if I find the post I will link it here. -Arlo James Barnes
