I like the style of Ming's videos... but in the *VERY FIRST ONE* he
makes a huge technical mistake? He makes a big point of cutting the
onion "pole-to-pole" but in fact cuts it the opposite (conventional) way?
Really?

code for both a video of making the recipe, and the shopping list for
the recipe
