I also use Sublime Text 3 and love it. There are those (including me)
that believe GitHub is ripping off the developer of Sublime Text (who
also took a lot from TextMate). FWIW, there is an ebook on Sublime Text
at http://sublimeproductivity.com. It's a bit expensive, but I found it
really useful, largely because there is such a large ecosystem of
plugins that a little bit of curation helps a lot.

Well, the hot dude nowadays is Atom, from GitHub. And yup, you
can have all the Sublime themes as well as the TextMate ones.
