I am the victim of some unexpected cross-posting of a thread from the KITCHEN list – a group of cultural psychologists and fellow travelers that originated at Clark University and is now distributed all over the world – to the FRIAM list. I am also a victim of my own stupidity in failing to notice the cross-posting before I replied to Lee.
