Paypal has a 2-factor login, the PayPal Security Key here:
  https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/security/security-protections

It sends you a 1-time PIN vis SMS to your mobile phone. 2-factor is pretty
nice but they often differ.  Google has an "Authenticator" app which I
prefer to SMS. Others use a physical "dongle". SMS is popular.
